HOW PREORDERING WORKS
Processing typically occurs in July and August. Choose whole birds or custom cuts and note any custom cut preferences in the special requests section. Without specific instructions, whole birds will be ordered. 
 
ON-FARM PICKUP 
You will receive an email a few weeks prior to pickup with the scheduled pickup date and instructions. The remaining balance is due at pickup.
